About the Opportunity

Arctic Kingdom has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and result oriented Client Service Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.

This is the perfect opportunity for a professional, knowledgeable and a highly organized team player. Based in Mississauga and traveling for 2-3 weeks of the year, you will provide direct support to the operations team and manage assigned projects. 

Primary duties include:  

  • Providing a high level of administrative support to the operations team
  • Completing travel bookings (staff and client) and making other related reservations, as needed
  • Establishing strong trusting relationships with clients, suppliers and fellow team members
  • Answering incoming calls, as well as processing incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Working to successfully transfer customer inquiries and supporting the Sales team
  • Completing required documentation for functions such as; travel plans, updating CRM
  • Providing administrative support for the Iqaluit office
  • Creating itineraries for clients and groups, as requested by management
  • Handling all inbound customer inquiries through various portals (PURE Chat, phone, email, website)
  • Managing special projects, as requested
  • Creating memos, reports, presentations, as needed or scheduled
  • Handling all post-trip communications (feedback forms, client follow-up)

For this role, we are seeking someone superior attention to detail and outstanding customer service and communication skills. You will have 1-3 years of customer service or administration experience, preferably in the travel or tourism sector. A relevant college or university degree is also considered an asset. 

With strong administrative skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, the successful candidate must be capable of working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
